What you can expect from your personal nutrition consultations

Using a range of tools to assess and identify your health status and nutritional imbalances, Vicky seeks to understand how these contribute to your symptoms and wellbeing before crafting a health plan to address them.

In her Brighton clinic, you can expect your first 75 minute consultation to include:
  • An assessment of your body systems, a detailed review of your medical history, eating behaviours and lifestyle habits
  • Measurement of blood pressure, temperature, height, weight and analysis of any pathology results
  • Anthropometric profiling, i.e. body composition analysis using bio-impedance technology
  • Discussion of current health status and personal goal setting
  • Practical tips and realistic recommendations for meal and snack planning, including simple, fresh recipe ideas
  • Follow up with a detailed report from body composition analysis
  • Recommendation and supply of dietary supplements for therapeutic effect
  • Lifestyle recommendations relating to sleep, exercise, relaxation and stress management.
