Expert insights, nurturing support and encouragement that helps you towards your health goals.
Vicky Ellenport is a clinical nutritionist practicing from her Brighton clinic and within workplaces around Melbourne.
Vicky left a long-standing corporate career in fashion to train in nutritional medicine and brings a wealth of experience and understanding to her practice. She treats a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns with special interest in:
- Gastrointestinal issues
- Autoimmune disorders
- Stress management
- Weight loss
An easy and fresh food philosophy
Vicky advocates an unprocessed, real food approach to nutrition based on freshness and ease. She doesn’t believe in perfection or deprivation but subscribes to the 80/20 principle – eating a clean diet 80% of the time, allowing for some indulgences without feeling guilty. Vicky understands that everyone has different preferences, and crafts her clients’ individual health plans to reflect their tastes and needs.
‘No one ever felt worse from eating better’
Despite our differences, what is true for everyone is that eating an abundance of real whole foods in their natural form improves wellbeing – and no one ever felt worse from eating better. Vicky guides her clients towards clarity around food and arms them with the strategies and tools to transition to – and maintain – a lifestyle of eating with positive intent rather than bad habit.

A dynamic and compassionate approach
Vicky is naturally dynamic with a nurturing and compassionate approach. She is well aware that life gets busy and that making health a priority is easier said than done.
Importantly, Vicky recognises that the act of cooking doesn’t give everyone a thrill. She knows what it takes to unpack a life of stress and unhealthy habits and activate it towards positivity and health, and she’s standing by to help you commit to healthy eating behaviours and goals.
